Replacements
We're dedicated to ensuring you receive a perfect product. We offer free replacements in the following situations:
· Incorrectly customized cards or keychains.
· Product compromised.
· All products have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping.
Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. Customer should email us at support@kraftzia.com for return address, and to inform us of which products are returned, and the parcel tracking number and details in order for us to process it.
Note: Please provide us with the convincing video proof of the product in order to process the replacement. The video must include following details:
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us at support@kraftzia.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right. After this period, we may be unable to offer a replacement.
Each order pertains to the conversion of a single debit or credit card or keychain only. For security and verification purposes, we maintain a secure record of the customer's card issuer, card product, and the customer's full name, all in accordance compliance standards. We do not store card data such as the card number, CVV, or security code.
Refunds/Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, cards and keychains are non-refundable once production has begun or the card has been delivered. We do however offer free replacements for any issues post-delivery, please view our replacement section.
Similarly, the purchase of the insurance does not guarantee the refund of the product on cancelation on order. We customize both credit and debit cards, and customers must send their original card for the upgrade process.
For some other circumstances, if we found a mistake happened from our end during the creation of your personalized card. In this case, to complete your return, we require a photo or video proof and notify us via email/chat within 2 days of receiving the package.
Pending Orders
We understand that designing your custom card can take time, and we're happy to accommodate your schedule. However, beyond 30 days, payments made become non-refundable.
NOTE: We only charge for metal frame of card and not for transfer process. Buyer has option to do self-transfer or they can send it to us and we will do the transfer process for at no cost. Transplant/chip swap procedure overall average success rate is around 95%. Same goes for magnetic strip, some cards strips won’t work even when data is transferred because they’re non-transferable and unfortunately, we don’t have that much information about which cards are transferable. Chip is not provided so in case you want this card just for entertainment purpose you can request us to add dummy chip.
DISCLAIMERS: Due to sensitive nature of the chip construction some card’s chip and also stripes don’t work after transfer. So, there is some possibility of chip damage occurring during the EMV Chip Swap procedure and we don’t take any responsibility or provide refunds in this case, as it depends on bank cards chip quality and it’s not manufactured by us, as mentioned before we only charge for metal card frame and not for the transfer process. The laboratory at KraftZia is perfecting the procedure daily. Rest assured our laboratory techs will apply great care to the construction of your new metal credit/debit cards.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
At KraftZia, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. As we above mentioned we doesn’t offer any refunds after the purchase. It’s important to note that due to the inherent nature of metal, general wear and tear may occur over time. As such, we do not issue refunds or replacements solely for cosmetic imperfections resulting from regular use.
However, if you receive your metal card or keychain in a damaged condition, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To initiate a replacement under these circumstances, we kindly request that you provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the damaged card upon opening the package within 2 days of receiving the package.
To ensure your metal card remains in optimal condition for an extended period, we recommend storing it in a suitable wallet designed to protect its surface. Additionally, avoid placing the card on rough or abrasive surfaces to prevent unnecessary scratching or damage.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation is not accepted after purchase. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider cancellations within a period of 6 hours from the time of purchase. Please note that after this 6-hour window, no cancellations will be accepted.
It is important to be aware that delays may occur during the production of metal cards, particularly due to holidays or production issues as its normal to have when working with metal. In such instances, refunds or cancellations will not be possible. We understand that working with metal can present challenges, and if any production issues arise, we will promptly inform buyers of the situation. Dispatch date provided is always an estimate date due to customized nature of our product.
We kindly ask our customers to carefully evaluate their purchase decisions and ensure their satisfaction before completing the transaction, as cancellations cannot be accommodated after the specified timeframe.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Amount will be refunded after the package is received at our office address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
